TGW Enterprises DBA, River House New Roads is small woman owned business in the small town of New Roads, LA. I moved away for college in 1981 and as many of us do, did not return to live or work in my home town. Many years later, while visiting home a for a funeral of a relative, I realized that people in this rural town had no affordable, place of satisfactory standards to hold gatherings, meetings, health or wellness classes, home buying seminars or just a general location to gather accurate information.

Payment: A deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve and confirm a date. The total rental fee is required three weeks prior to the event date. In the event that the rental fee is not paid two weeks prior to the event date, the deposit will be forfeited by the renter and the date will be returned to someone else booking the facility.

I understand I must submit a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 of the total amount due. The balance is due two weeks prior to the date of the event. I understand that in the event of cancellation less than 14 days (two weeks) prior to the event, the total rental fee for the event is non-refundable. I understand that the caterer and the music provider must have their insurance. I fully under that I am responsible for my guest.
