Payment: A deposit of $75.00 is required to reserve and confirm a date. The total rental fee is required three weeks prior to the event date. In the event that the rental fee is not paid three weeks prior to the event date, the deposit will be forfeited by the renter and the date can be returned to someone else booking the facility. I understandmust submit a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 of the total amount due. The balance is due three weeks prior to the date of the event. I understand that in the event of cancellation less than 21 days (three weeks) prior to the event, the total rental fee for the event is non-refundable. I understand that the caterer and the music provider must have their insurance. I fully under that I am responsible for my guest
